This is what I consider to be one of the best things Iron & Wine has done.  For an EP, it's so solid, and it sounds like a mix between their old low-fi sound, and their current, over-produced smoothness that now encompasses their albums.  "Jezebel" is my favorite Iron & Wine song, and I'd definitely recommend giving it a listen, even if mellow isn't your thing.
